The 90-day Norumi Promise

Eligible Norumi purchases are protected by a 90-day money-back guarantee beginning on the recorded delivery date.

To request help, email hello@trynorumi.com with your order number and a brief explanation. We may request photographs or other reasonable information when an item arrives damaged, incorrect or defective.

Refund timing

Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on the payment provider and financial institution.

Exceptions

Gift cards, shipping charges already incurred and products obtained from unauthorized sellers may be excluded where permitted by law. We do not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
