These Terms govern your use of the Norumi website and, once purchasing is enabled, purchases made through the store.

Store status

Norumi products are currently in pre-launch development. Product listings may be visible for preview, but products will not be offered for sale until specifications, labels, fulfillment details and required compliance steps are complete.

Product information

We aim to present accurate descriptions, images and prices. Pre-launch images are packaging representations and may be updated to reflect final production. Cosmetics affect people differently; discontinue use if irritation occurs and follow the final product label.

Orders and payments

When ordering is enabled, placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including payment, inventory, pricing or suspected fraud issues. Taxes, shipping charges and currency information will be shown before checkout.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use its content in violation of applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Norumi name, visual identity, packaging concepts, copy, images and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be reproduced without permission.

No medical advice

Norumi provides cosmetic body-care products, not medical treatment. Website information is educational and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided subject to applicable consumer protections and the express policies stated at purchase. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
