Shipping information

Norumi is currently in pre-launch development and is not yet accepting orders.

Before checkout opens, this page will be updated with confirmed processing times, delivery estimates, countries served, tracking procedures, customs information and the address responsible for returns. The delivery estimate shown at checkout will apply to each order.

Address accuracy

Customers will be responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error after ordering, contact hello@trynorumi.com promptly; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Delays and delivery issues

When ordering is enabled, contact us if tracking appears stalled or a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located. We will review the carrier information and available resolution options.
